After having discovered the various types of rice snacks and coated peanuts, we wanted to discover something new, something full of goodness.
We started roasting pulses, starting with green peas. We added a bit of sunflower oil and wasabi flavouring, to create the perfect snack for in the afternoon. Be careful, the wasabi gives a good kick!
